We somehow wrecked our camper trailer 7-pin plug on our way back to the west side of the state. Called Western around 3:15, got there around 3:30, and were all fixed up by 4:30ish. Such nice, friendly people who we are SO thankful for! Also, the adorable shop cat, Kevin, loves back scratches!

I was in need of a hard/difficult part to find, for my 2004 Crestliner Sportsman 14 fishing boat. It shouldn't have been a very difficult part to find, being that it was just a drain plug! Crestliner used a unique plug that screwed through the bottom rear, rather than the traditional transom pressure type plug. All I needed was the Neoprene O Ring that fits between the floor of the boat and the plug. Easy, right? Negative. I searched all over, locally and online, with little luck. I called 3 local boat dealers nearby where I live in Helena, MT. I was told that the part was no longer made, that they couldn't look up parts on boats older than 2012 and that they couldn't find a part # for my part.
