Worst service, i paid 9000$ and it’s just 10 minutes i went out from volvo and got the same issue , my truck is in warranty they didn’t even touch the problem they are just changing parts which i have to pay and don’t need to change

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions clearly and even double-checked to ensure the part would fit my vehicle. The service was quick, and the parts were reasonably priced! It’s clear they care about customer satisfaction, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future parts needs. Highly recommended!

My experience at Western truck Center was amazing. The customer service rep Jorge Soto was able to help me and guide me through all the purchase of my truck. He has excellent customer service , he is such an amazing person he was able to help me through all the process of purchasing my Kenworth 2020. I did look over the area for the best deal however, western truck Center was the one that offered the best deal. The workers were attentive. They got to the diagnostics of the truck quickly. The waiting room was comfortable, the coffee was hot. Trisha is a very nice person and a good specialist 😎

Brought my truck in on a Wednesday afternoon and was told there was about a 2 day wait. Called to check in things Thursday afternoon and was told they had gotten the truck in and started in it but it was a big repair and it was possible they would have it done Friday but most likely Monday. Called again Friday and was told agun that it was still being worked on but wasn't going to be done so I was going to be in the hotel through the weekend. I called mid morning Monday and was told things weren't going as quickly as they had hoped so probably Tuesday. Same story Tuesday morning when I called. Called Tuesday afternoon and was told there was a mix up and they hadn't even started on it yet and that they were hoping to start in it Wednesday afternoon or Thursday and they would really try
