Westerville Auto replaced an engine coolant valve at half the price that I was quoted by Luke’s auto. I declined the quote at Luke’s and told them the quote is too high for this simple of a job. She asked how much I think it should cost, I replied $300-$400. Called Westerville Auto, got a quote over the phone (which Luke’s also refused to do which wasted my time towing it there) for a price within my range that I thought was fair, towed the car there, job was completed on time in a professional manner without any upsells.

Car wasn't starting and was pretty sure it was the starter. Couldn't get an appointment for a couple days. Of course when I went to take it over, my car started up immediately. I explained the issue and they said they'd take a look at it. I thought they would call sooner, but when they finally did they said while it does sound like a starter issue they couldn't replicate the problem and asked if I still wanted to replace it. I told them yes and they got it done in under 2 hours. Appreciated them taking the time to try verify the problem and then quickly getting it done after I confirmed I still wanted the repair. And the price was definitely reasonable. Will be going back for sure!

A couple weeks ago I getting ready to drive to Maryland. I knew the front brakes needed done, so a couple days before departure I replaced my front brake pads & rotors. Day of departure I was headed toward the interstate, but I kept hearing a concerning grinding noise. So I decided to pop in to Westerville Automotive's South location to see if they had time to check it out real quick. I knew it was a long shot, because I didn't have an appointment. They got my vehicle back there within 15 minutes and had it figured out in like 5 minutes after that. It was loose lug nuts, which was embarrassing as all heck, but I was thankful it was an easy problem. They didn't charge me for the service and sent me on my way.
