My experence was not great, brought my truck in for an air in fuel problem, told them I only changed the primary fuel filter and asked them to change to FW separator filter amd informed them it was in the truck right next to the driver's seat, they used their own and charge again for something I already had, the. They said my hand primer was sucking air, then they finally checked the primary I had just replaced, changed it put and fixed my problem. That was a few hours, charged me over 800 dollars, not happy about that bill, especially after telling them multiple times that the primary was the only thing I touched. Won't go back for sure. Timothy was a great help! I’ve dealt with him a couple times now and he’s gotten my truck in right away and got us out as quickly as possible. Very knowledgeable, understanding and overall a nice guy. We appreciate everything he did for us!

PRICE GAUGING at its best! After requesting they call to keep us updated on hourly work and parts ($200.00 per hour) their service tech laughed and then said he would. He didn’t. Long story short they turned a $700-800 invoice into $1800.00 + 3% credit card fee! Only $150 of that was parts. You would be better off if you never step foot at their front door. Also, when the tech laughed he said “ well if you don’t pay it, you don’t get your truck back”

I was passing through, had an engine light come on & they got me in right away, scanned the code, turned off the code and I was back on the road. Luckily it was just a glitch and I was able to finish my route with out issue.
