Westminster Manor

I live here and I think it's WONDERFUL!! Being a senior in this bldg makes everything so convenient. The staff is so helpful. The bldg is clean, and the furnishings in the lobby, library and community room are clean and lovely. The laundry room and library are spacious with many washers, dryers, and books and computers. It's a walking community and there's so much to see and do in this swell neighborhood. If you get the chance to live at Westminster Manor "take it' you won't regret it! 😊

I came here with a friend who is looking to move in. Although some areas of downtown are not very desirable or safe in my opinion, this block seems to be better. The views toward the airport are quite amazing, and in my opinion would more than compensate for the traffic and noise on the immediately adjacent i-5. The windows are very well insulated, and when we closed the ventilation window the sound was considerably reduced. The common areas are very nice, especially the library/computer room on the first floor and the community room on the roof--which has the best view of all. Most importantly, the staff seems to have a great rapport with the residents and really does work on their behalf. Facility and resources are top flight. Community room and computer room are both spacious and well supplied. The laundry room has many new looking washers and dryers. They have very nice rolling laundry baskets. They have other generic rolling carts for anybody's use. All in all, I am very impressed with the facility and staff.

My grandmother and other tenants have BED BUG and a ROACH problems for months! They don't Refill the hand sanitizers in the lobby (5 weeks and counting) The new Office personal has been seen smoking/vaping in the property and I have personally seen her speaking rude to the ELDERLY TENANTS! OH and they are selling some EXPIRED snacks in the laundry room vending machine 🤢 Parking is Horrible! Alot of homeless behind the building! We will be looking for another place for my grandmother to live. ( I wasn't able to post pictures)

Private residence but very well kept. Very beautiful but very comfortable.
