Although we have been satisfied with them in past years, I have been disappointed with Westmoreland the last two times I have tried to use them. When your vehicle is down and you can only call, but get the machine, you expect that the message you leave will be returned within the day. If not and you call again and the machine is full for several days then you have to go elsewhere, even if you wanted to give that company your business. Maybe Westmoreland is just too busy for mine.

Westmoreland's had done some work on my son's truck, did a good job & did it for a reasonable price!! Our truck was sputtering, going dead & wouldn't go but 30 mph. Randy made sure that we knew exactly what was wrong with it, what it would take to fix it & what it would cost before they did anything. I really appreciated that bc a lot of places will give an estimate but then it ends up being more. It needed plugs, boots, an air filter but still wouldn't go over 30mph. It ended up needing a catalytic converter, which for our truck was expensive. But Randy didn't just buy one...he checked several places to find the least expensive. I had put money from our tax refund that was on an emerald card account from H & R Block in an e-acct for the repairs but when I tried to transfer it back to the

Great place to do business. Fair price for great work. Took a little longer than he thought but honored his price. Replaced alternator on 2014 Toyota Highlander. Glad to find someone since I am new to the area.

Devin S is wrong. This place has always been trusted by the community to do a quality job. Swindlers? No. You pay the man a fair price and he will fix your car. The other places didn't charge you because they could diagnose, but not fix. Westmoreland does quality work at a fair price.

My transmission acted up and was quoted 2500 to replace it. As I could not afford this, a friend recommended another garage. It ended up costing 197.00 as all it needed was servicing and transmission was fine. This was the 3rd strike for Westmoreland. I now have an honest mechanic! Get a 2nd opinion!!!!
