My car needed new tires, an oil change and front and rear breaks. Dropped off at Westmoreland's and Doug would call me with an estimate and explains each issue, why it happens and different opinions to repair or replace. Not only did they finish the job early, but the the final bill is was $200 cheaper than the estimate. My car drives smoother than ever and the brakes are incredible. Zero shake on the steering wheel and stops so quietly and smoothly. My car is 13 years old and rides like a luxury sedan. Thank you for the incredible service from our initial phone call until the bill was paid.

Doug and his team came to my rescue on 9/5 while I was in Commerce for an appointment. Picked up a very large screw in downtown (heard that was happening a lot) and my tire was completely flat (could not put air in to move the car). After some really nice men at Huck's Cafe took my tire off, Doug was quick to patch and make sure that the patch would hold then sent Austin over to the tire back on for me. Something that would have required a tow and a lot more time had me on my way in a couple of hours. Only in a small town.

The best and honest shop I know. You pay for quality parts, quality work, and quality service. Doug and Austin are always willing to go above and beyond!

Very punctual, they finished the service of my car in 40 minutes. Staff and owner were very friendly and polite. Highly recommended.
