I don't know about all these negative reviews on here but I do know that Jonathan in the parts department has always been so so so helpful, this guy goes above and beyond in providing professional and knowledgable customer service by going the extra mile and being above the status quo of your typical parts guy that's rushed and sloppy. He definetly sets a higher standard of service and pays attention to detail while giving you personalized attention. Thank you very much !!!
they service the companies trucks and for the 4th time they forget to put the oil cap and oil males a mess on the truck, if i happen to get a ticket for the oil mess i will be taking it to their manager and take care of it, irresponsible and mediocre technicians if you ask me, simplest things and they still mess up
Show up at 7:50 to pick up my parts and doors are already closed and no one inside. I know alot of places like that but I drove 30 min to get to this place! Decided to take a picture for proof.
