WestSide Car Wash

Came here to wash the salt off my Ferrari and I absolutely love the scratches and stuff it made on the paint. It added character because this is a beater car of mine and I don’t really care about the way it looks . The rougher the better honestly. I try to beat the piss out of this car and people ask why I do this when I own a Ferrari and it’s because I have 20 of them so what is the big deal about beating one of them up . At least it looks used and not like a garage princess. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!!!

VERY disappointed in this place. First issue was that the guy asking me what I’d like done, cut me off before I could even finish telling him, then while attempting to get his attention after that he continued to rush past me; didn’t get to ask for everything I was going to request. Which truly wasn’t much. Just the works and a ceramic coat. Second issue and my main issue is that I paid for their “The works” package and came back to a still dirty looking car…They rush their work and don’t do a good job. I do not recommend this place at all. If you want to go somewhere that takes their time and truly does a good job, I recommend going elsewhere.

I paid $25 for a full-service wash and unfortunately did not receive the level of service advertised. My car was rushed through, only partially wiped down, and barely vacuumed. When I called immediately to express my concerns, I was told I would be transferred to a manager. Instead, the call was disconnected and my number was blocked. That level of customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I expect better quality and accountability when paying for a full-service wash.

Where to begin. Been coming to Vic's since i was teenager and it still is the best car wash in town. The guys are always careful and the car and truck come out looking great. Vic has always taken good car of his people and that reflects in their professionalism. There is something to be said about watching your vehicle get pulled through a wash and then hand dried. Keep up the good work, you are a picture of small business success!

Great customer; but I paid 25 for interior and exterior and my dash and gear shift area are still filthy. First & last.
