Westside Car Wash & Quick Lube

Extremely satisfied being my first time here. The old place I went to would manipulate the mileage times to push clients to come more consistently and I caught on to the deceptive trick and gave this place a try. Not only do they do the oil change but their team offers a hand car wash and drive through option and they do an amazing job! Definitely will be returning, love the honesty and work ethic they have between each other.

Took my car to wash today toyota Rav 4 windows were wiped with some oil couldnt see clearly worse than how I took it initially. I drove back home and notice all of my car mats were missing . I called to speak to Carlos im speaking in Spanish to better communicate then the man on the phone states they dont speak Spanish so I start speaking in English and then he states he doesn't know since he wasn't there. 1/5 never going back again !!!! Poor quality poor service

I paid almost $200 for our oil change and they broke my windshield wiper And refuse to replace it when I told them they broke it argue with me multiple times. If zero stars was an option, I would give it

I paid $199 to have the inside and outside of my car really cleaned. Not happen with the service at all. Dirt is still all over inside around all switches and everything. Stain on drivers side is still dirty..just lighter. My rims are still dirty and bumper still have bugs. Never again at this place. I would give zero really.

Too bad there is not a zero star option. 70$ hand wax, they didn't even bother rinsing the top of the car at all - think I'm just being fussy? Check out my pics of the very low gloss waxing, the damage to my weather stripping on my brand new car and the overall fact it worse than when I took it in. Every attempt was made to get them to make it right while I was there but they gave us a free (lower level than we paid for) car wash and sent us on our way.
