ZERO STAR RATING!! Reserved a U-haul trailer online and on the day I am supposed to pick it up, guess what…nobody is there, they are closed!!! Thank goodness I had a contact that was able to get in touch with Donna, but to no avail, Donna was in Tulsa buying cars and stated that no one was at the shop and she wouldn’t be able to help me until tomorrow morning!!! UMMM, EXCUSE ME!! My reservation is for today lady…NOT tomorrow! However, Donna did contact another U-Haul place in McAlester and was able to provide me with the service I requested!!! UNRELIABLE!!

U-Haul unfortunately scheduled me on a day she was closed. I did not know this. I called the number on the wall and she finally called back. Was horribly hateful and said that U-Haul was the worst company in the world. She was very unprofessional and made me feel like such a low life for bringing her and from what she was doing. I would definitely never go back for my U-Haul needs to this company. She was very very rude and treated me horribly

Disappointed. Donna was super nice but disappointed in the car I got. I just got it like 6 days ago and hardly drove it, but they don't wanna return phone calls when you ask to return it. I could get a better deal but seems they don't wanna help. Not fair since drained my bank account.

DO NOT buy from here. Incredibly rude and knowingly sells lemons and refuses to honor any warranty. Scam business only out to screw the customer. Anyone wanna buy a g6 with a faulty ecm and faulty electronic power steering? Westside Motors has you covered for all your broken down (but we won't tell you) auto needs.

My wife rented a U-Haul from them and that lady was very very hateful and unprofessional. Belittled my wife.
