Westside Service - Holland MI Auto Repair Shop

Have been in Holland for a while and have utilized others of our super great mechanics, but recently have taken my vehicles here. They have great availability, a speedy turnaround if you book an appointment online ahead of time, and are not pushy at all but look out for you by giving you a heads up about future recommended maintenance. Super nice guys and will be taking my vehicles here from now on!

Extremely disappointed with the inconsistent service and lack of professionalism. I had a terrible experience with my vehicle. Despite the inspection, important issues were not mentioned, which resulted in financial losses. I had to take my car to another shop to get it properly fixed and receive a thorough inspection. Very unfortunate experience.

West Side Auto has done some really good work for me. They fixed a number of problems with my truck and my wife’s car. They finished the work on time and the repairs made a big improvement in how my vehicles ran and handled. I’m planning to use them again in the future, because I am confident of the quality of their work

The guys at Westside are phenomenal. I’ve been taking my truck to them for years, and they always do an excellent job. They’re honest, tell you what you need/what you can wait on, and go above and beyond to make it right for the customer. They help me keep track of what’s been done and what’s coming up. Even after moving 40 minutes away, I still make the drive back. Well worth it.

I had an issue suddenly come up with my car-and Westside was able to fit me into their schedule on a holiday-New Year’s Eve. It turned out to be an easy fix-loose heat pan bel or insulation. They still did a full check of entire car. I am so very thankful for their quick and efficient help.
