I think they could have been a little more friendly when you walk into any business there should be a warm and friendly staff, the atmosphere was so gloomy and service was dry as if you can buy or no buy no smiles, I left to feel like they did not want my business! No thank you, no one said to come back if we can service or assist you in any kind of way, three men possible owners and being a lady probably saying she not going to purchase, but I decided to go to Goodyears across the way, as you enter into the doorway, the warnest and the friendliest voice, saying to me how are you today, I will be will you shortly, and there is where I purchased my batter plus five years warranty cost more, but the service was outstanding, and I am well pleased, remember people don't have to buy from you wi
