WHATAWASH Car Wash

After the owner responded to my review I had to edit. As shown in the videos I posted, the price to start keeps climbing. Apparently the customer in front of me didn't stop the machine. I'd hate to find out what that customer was charged if they used a credit card....did it keep charging or did it stop charging. Why would the machine be programmed to keep tallying up the cost if it was not in use? Figure it out so customers aren't confused. I shouldn't have to stop the machine to start it. They lost business from me today because of this confusion.

I had a fantastic experience at this car wash! For just $16, they did an outstanding job on my van, leaving it spotless and shining like new. The $16 option was well worth it compared to the $10 and $13 packages, offering thorough cleaning and great attention to detail. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash at a great value!

Use the credit card feature in the manual wash and was charged $6 to use the wash for 30 seconds to 45 seconds and then it stopped. This place looks well maintained, but I feel things are being neglected considering there are still signs that say "No truck night trucks" and truck night has been closed for years. I feel like they need to look into how their credit card services work and set them to operate more like every other wash. All of the washes I have been to, give you the max time and you have to hit stop to save money if you don't need more time. But 30-45 seconds for $6? No thank you. At that rate, I might as well pay a mobile wash to come wash my truck for much cheaper.

Great car wash! Just stopped by to get a car wash and my car hasn’t looked this good in a long time! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!
