Whatever It Takes

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! While we were visiting in Mississippi from Oregon our Transmission went out The transmission was sent to (WIT) whatever it takes transmissions in Jackson to be rebuilt. After 2 weeks to find out about a status update, we were informed that it was sent to Louisville Kentucky to be rebuilt. We kept getting the run around and they said they could not find it. Then we were told it was on the truck going back to Jackson. Our mechanic went to pick it up and it was not on the truck. Numerous calls later they said they found it, however, it was not rebuilt. After repeated phone calls, with no return calls (waiting 4 weeks now) they said found it and would ship it back to Jackson. No complaints. Actually very helpful at the front. I forgets the guys at the front counter but they are great at what they do. Makes you really comfortable to return for all your transmission needs.

Awesome place. Very friendly employees and great service. 5 star in my book. I'll do business with them everytime I need transmission parts. They rock!!!

reasonably priced worth the drive i spent more time on the phone with parts houses than it took to drive 60 mile round trip to wit plus 10 mins in their building, i avoided the Democrats or geniuses at the local parts stores.

Very helpful people and have a very surprising amount of stock. Best place to go to for anything transmission related!!!!
