Wheel Deals and 4x4 Pros

I’ve been going to Wheel Deals for years. Bobby and his crew are first rate and every time I go it’s always a square deal things like this don’t exist anymore. This is straight out of the 50s USA

I had a great experience with Wheel Deals & 4x4 Pros. I went there to change my motorcycle tire, and they were extremely helpful from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Bobby, the owner, is a really nice guy and genuinely cares about his customers. He’ll do whatever he can to help and make sure the job is done right. The quality of work was solid, everything was done on time, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for wheels, tires, or 4x4 services.

Classic bait and switch, don’t come here looking for certain brands. They don’t honor agreements. I confirmed with manager he had the tires in stock, I got there, they told me the tires are on the way. I waited an hour, when the tires arrived and were installed, they did not tell they installed a different lower quality brand and wanted to charge me more. This is really poor service, I don’t recommend coming here unless you get a flat across the street. There are so many tires shops in the area, as consumers we have choices. I own multiple cars, it’s safe to say my next set will be purchased elsewhere. The manager was absolutely intolerable, he wanted to continue to be aggressive and argue. I would recommend anybody that wants to install a set of wheels to go to wheel deal and get there wheels from Bobby there he’s very friendly and super professional and I’ve shopped around and nobody was Even close to the price he gave. And the service top notch and fast. Don’t go to this place I replace for my Tacoma 2025 the suspicion for rough country the truck now have only 5k miles I use the suspension for less and 2k miles and now I have problem I come back to talk with the owner because he say I have warranty I ask me for the invoice I say thanks god I have it !!!! lol I got it and say it I call you in 7 days you can come to install it just pay the labor this happens 4 months ago he never call me , I call hen and he say is back order that’s no true because I call the company and they say they always have it in stock roughy country if something happens with my suspension I got get a lawyer and claim with the bar they give me Full of shhhhh from the first time I come to this place , 1 they say I can used my own rims with the tires and suspension the of
