First, I’ll be leaving several reviews because I have a motorcycle and two ATVs. I called a dealership in the Bronx and they told me two weeks before I can even bring my bike in for service? I called Frank in the service department and he’s like no problem Bring it in, a lot of places don’t work on older ATVs and these guys did, I always check reviews before I bring my stuff into shops and to be honest I don’t believe any of those negative reviews of course things happen but there’s very few good shops around Westchester and the Bronx that actually do good work and these guys do really good work. I was looking at their pricing menu. The prices are very fair actually considering the work they did on my Atv. Thanks again, Frank and Jose. I’ll see you guys soon.

I called Frank in service yesterday and I brought in my Kawasaki Saturday morning. They put a new snowplow system on it and I got it back by the end of the day probably the best motorcycle shop in Westchester and Rockland County. I called three other shops and they couldn’t do it and they were a lot more money. I also have a Yamaha grizzly that I’m going to bring to them also and I don’t live close. I live in Rockland County.

Came in with loose ignition switch, less than two weeks later a piece comes out. They wanted to charge me to put it back. (Could be unrelated but bike also no longer locks, however a piece did still come loose and they didn't want to fix it without charging). Told me to "leave it like that". Why did I pay to have it tightened if a piece comes loose. Spent $1200 here the year before after bike was sitting a while for them to change tires, fluids, other components and do a routine checkup and that everything else is fine. Didn't expect to have problems like this again so soon. Very disappointed, will take my bike elsewhere.
