Made an appointment for free tire balancing. Received a call that the rear tires (bought at WWorks) were worn and need to ne replaced. Declined the work, took the car home-took pictures of good thread on all tires. Also found an old bill for these tires including TPMS, which was not done- car shows alarm of tpms fault. After over 30 years using WheelWorks exclusively, I'm going to look for a trustworthy shop which does not defraud customers.

Amazing experience getting my oil and filter change!! Excellent customer service from Jessie!! Will definitely come back based on the customer treatment alone. Despite being super busy they got the car done as quickly as possible and even did a free inspection. Thank you!

I really want to like this place. Services are done right and my car runs great after they fix what I need. BUT I'll make an appt in advance get told 3-4 hours max. Show up day of appt and then told 6 hours. And then they have my car all day. Always saying wrong part got or the guys on lunch now. And never call when it's ready leaving me calling 3 times during the whole day to get it right before they close. Fried ly place. Like all wheel works semi expensive but good work down. Just wish they were effecent at there job.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the oil change done. The reason given was they’re a busy store and they already had another appointment at the same time. When I asked him for example if it would be OK if he had a dentist appointment and it was took 2 hours to see the dentist because they had scheduled someone else. Would that be OK with him? He just said he wouldn’t complain about it and just live with it. Not going back. This was first time at Blossom Hill store. I have been going to the Silver Creek store in Evergreen for the last 15 years and I have no complaints for that location . This experience was entirely different.

Customer Service was outstanding, Shahin who helped me was very professional and very informative about bringing in my vehicle and what the mechanics were going to inspect. I went in to get a diagnosis on my brakes because they were squeaking. When I picked up my van he printed out a copy of all the components they checked and he went over everything with me in detail. Also went over what was wrong and what the van needed in the future. He gave me quotes and receipts of everything and an email of what we went over. Overall I'm very happy I went to WHEEL WORKS for my diagnosis and will be coming back for my future repairs. Thank you for helping me and putting my mind at ease.
