Family Owned Business. Excellent Service!! I’m new to the state of Texas. Kayla was very knowledgeable and helpful informing me of the procedure for getting insurance, getting my car registered, and getting a Texas driver’s license. If you need insurance you should definitely come here!!

THEY DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I WAS REFERRED FROM A FRIEND TO CALL AND TALK TO FRANK AT WHEELER INS - AND I GUESS I CALLED THE WRONG COMPANY,CAUSE WHEN ASKING FOR FRANK, THE OWNER (FEMALE) TOLD ME. THREE KIDS CAME OUT OF ME, WHICH ONLY 3 PEOPLE WORK HERE. THERE'S NO FRANK THAT WORKS HERE. MAYBE THE OWNER WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY???? WONT BOTHER WITH THEM AGAIN, IF I NEED INSURANCE !! GEEZZZ
