Wheeler's Transmission

This place replaced my transmission and never programmed it. He was paid to do so by my warranty company and pocketed the money. When I confronted him he denied it and refused to fix the situation. My car was put on a diagnostics machine which showed it wasn’t programmed. Nothing but liars!!!! Here is my proof since he says I have no proof. The truth is he has no proof of where he outsourced it to.

I took my car there to get a leak check out. I thought it was coming from the transmission, however he found no leak, but found that I needed a valve gasket replaced. I should have taken it to my regular mechanic and let them do it. My mechanic checked my car out for something else and noticed that silicone was all over the top of the engine where it shouldn't have been and a bolt was broken where he worked on the valve cover gaskets. That is very shabby work for a so-called mechanic. Never will take my car ever back to them. I advise you not to either.

We must give credit when and where it is due. Mr. Al, the owner of Wheeler's Transmission, was great to work with. He is a man of his word who stands behind his work. We are more than blessed to work with him in getting a transmission for our vehicle. His staff, Tabitha, was so professional and also took extra steps to make sure the customers are satisfied. We didn't interact with the repairman but from what we saw, he too was very professional. When you walk in their office, it is very calming and peaceful. They went out of the way and was very accommodating in getting the transmission replaced. If you are looking for a place with integrity, reasonable prices, productive workmanship, and awesome customer service, I highly recommend Wheeler's Transmission. You will not be disappointed!! Th

I had an oil leak and had to replace a lot of parts in my engine and they didn’t add oil so it was safe to drive.

Please don't use Wheeler's Transmission. My car was stolen and it somehow ended up at this shop. Instead of giving me my car back they charged me storage fees and refused to give me my car back unless I pay them $5,000. They did no work on the car and are just trying to extort money out of me. They placed a lien on the vehicle and put the title in their name. I've offered to give them $1,500 but that wasn't enough free money for them, apparently. Even if this place is your only option do not go here. Update: It would be impossible for me to bring my car there because I was arrested at the time. Just another set of lies this place uses to extort money and steal someone's car. This place should do the right thing and accept free money for no work but they're obviously too greedy.
