I went to Wheels and Tires Auto Service for a routine oil change, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a big mistake. They failed to put the correct amount of oil in my car — a basic task you’d expect any professional auto shop to handle properly. This kind of oversight can cause serious engine damage, and it shows a complete lack of attention to detail or care. To make things worse, I even tipped them, thinking they had done a good job. I trusted them with my vehicle, and that trust was clearly misplaced. If you value your car and peace of mind, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. Poor service like this shouldn’t be overlooked.

They deserve no star at all. I went there for an oil change and they never really change the oil. If you go there don’t leave your car with them. They are not trustworthy at all.

Dont waste your time and this particular store. Mechanics or installers whatever, lazy. I made an appt online to get an oil change. The service guy was so mad I made the appt online and not through him, he refused to do my oil change. Bought tired here about a year ago, they tried to over charge me. Never went back
