I could not be more impressed with these folks! Had an overheating problem today with my brother's CBR 929rr & they came thru with coolant, as well as paper towels, & made me a funnel for me to do my own roadside assistance via Uber! Hard to trust people nowadays, but I am totally confident with letting them work on my R6 now. After today's little mishap, I found out some of my close friends have bought bikes from there & only trust them to do the work.

Made the mistake of bringing my V-Star 950 here for rear brake pads and an evaluation. Guy couldn't figure out the noise from the rear wheel, and after the brake job, it got worse. Upon inspection, I discovered that the inside rear brake pad was not seated in the clamp and creating a large groove in my rear brake rotor that I now have to replace. This negligence and horrible workmanship could have easily caused an accident that could have cost me and my old lady our lives. I will be contacting the state of RI and Yamaha motorcycles regarding this negligence and poor business practices. Refund or not, I cannot let this just pass. Someone could get hurt from this type of mistake.

Overall great experience, friendly staff bought my first motorcycle here 2024 Yamaha R3. They charge no freight fees, only an additional $200 “admin fee.” Which isn’t bad compared to other dealers. Downside : Small run business, so scheduled regular maintenance takes 3-4 weeks to even bring bike in. Then additional 4 days to work on it. But she tells you multiple times this! When you bring it in, she charges you $300 for an oil change (first 600 miles service) I’d recommend buying here , but servicing at other dealers.

Definitely better out I get they are a busy , still when you call at times never answer . Then when they do answer it’s like your a burden to them I would definitely recommend to try other places with better variety of bikes with good phone manners !

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Wheels of Freedom. I went in and spoke to the women who placed an order for a wear ring and impeller compatible with my yamaha jet ski. Unfortunately, after waiting over a week, she had ordered the wrong wear ring. Then took an additional 2 weeks to receive the proper wear ring. She said in the beginning the whole process wouldn’t take longer than a week. To my further disappointment, upon inspecting the impeller , it was again incorrect due to the women ordering the wrong part. She exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior throughout the entire process. The behavior was so unprofessional and disrespectful, it left me questioning your company's commitment to basic customer courtesy. She refused to answer questions in a helpful manner
