I found the travel trailer online, sent an email and Stan responded immediately. He answered all my questions, and sent me every picture I asked for. He even slid all the slides in and sent me a video of how it looks while in travel mode, per my request! I wasn’t going to be home for 2 weeks, he placed the unit on hold for me (with a small deposit). I then worked with Caroline and she was very patient with me gathering all the information required because we had also had a trade. The application process was easy, they were very transparent and accommodating. We arrived 2 weeks later, it was wet and cold.
