Wheels Up Towing and Recovery

My beautiful Audi rsq8 was hit and the tow truck driver (owner) was very on point he sent me photos explained and showed my car is being watched 24/7 I’m actually going there tomorrow to pick up my stuff before my insurance picks it up but the owner really helped my brother out (he was driving) and got everyone’s info who was involved while my brother was in the ambulance so I respect that he could of just took the car and not send pictures or get info. But he did which made my life easier.

Wheels up towing helped me when I was in a jam. I got locked out of my car & they were there quick. A few weeks later, I was in a fender bender & they came out quick & everything went so smoothly.

These people are SCAMMERS!!! My 90yr old grandmother was involved in a very serious accident and these guys showed up while she was disoriented and being checked out by paramedics. She didn’t understand what was going on and they convinced her to sign the tow slip while she was in pain and confused AGAIN she is 90yrs old! They had her car from Saturday -Wednesday. They are closed on the weekend and were closed again for Veterans Day. When arrived they said she would have to pay 2700 to release the vehicle . Because the car was totaled my grandmother was wheeling to sign over the title to them and they told her she would have to pay 1000 to them or it would be considered abandoned. Horrible ratchet towing company! The guy named Ron who towed my car was so ghetto he called with an attitude issue on the phone, Finally after an hour and half he gets there to pick up my car and was with an attitude and told me that he was going to eat a sandwich first then he was going to take my car to my destination. After an hour he arrived he put my car down and pulled the tow truck dragging my bumper off i yelled stop your ripping off the bumper and he said we'll the street is uneven . I told it's not uneven at all it's you have an attitude since the beginning and don't even want do the job. Unprofessional and ratchet!

Miguel is the best person I ever know! He is so kind to offer us paying less for the towing, since the insurance company only pays the majority of the invoice. But it was a lot of money left still. And it was definitely State Farm’s fault that they take forever to contact the Wheels Up and set up the tow. Recommend everyone to come here!
