I had a really great buying experience with Joe and Whetstone motors. As a girl buying a car on her own, in the past I’ve experienced really pushy salesman who insist on hovering around you while you look at the car, try to push a sale on you, spam you with calls or texts, etc. I didn’t experience any of that here, from when I first called to look at the car Joe let me look at it on my own in the lot and didn’t hover around, and then I got to test drive it on my own. He didn’t push for me to buy the car right after the test drive. He agreed that I could take it for a pre-purchase used car inspection. STOP. DO NOT BUY anything from here. I gave Joe a 500 deposit on a bmw. He was so nice and accommodating. He would fix the cloudy headlights, repair the back passenger door that wasn’t working, the break lights etc. The steering in this car was super tight, like had to put muscle into it to turn. After describing the situation to a BMW mechanic, after leaving a deposit, and test driving other BMW’s, same class and age group I quickly realized, this car was not going to be safe and I would endure a lot of financial issues.
