I purchased the golf cart early December. Was promised delivery by 1-2 week of January. Showed up 2 weeks late. No biggie, I tried to be understanding. They did not build the cart properly. They left electrical wires loose which caused an arch and wires to burn. Took them over a month to finally fix it. Finally in March I am able to use my golf cart for the first time. Take the scary out with my kids. To my SCARY surprise, the cart has NO BRAKES. ZERO BRAKES. The alignment is way off as well. To ice the cake, it appears that the original electrical issue zapped the battery. I purchased the extra long range battery. Was promised about 50 mile range per charge. Drove 5 miles and it used 30% of the battery. The headlights are so dim we couldn’t finish our ride, which I didn’t feel safe doing
I purchased this from Costco Wholesale and couldn’t be happier. It’s a high-quality, American-made cart with excellent customer service. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely love it.
Our experience with Whisper Carts has been excellent in all aspects. We were informed every step of the way where our order was in process. We had a very small issue upon delivery (small scratch on a headlight). Whisper sent the replacement part right away and sent a technician out to replace it right away. It is a beautiful cart and performs great! Couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
These guys have been amazing from the purchase of my cart to delivery to taking care of a minor warranty. Claim service has been top-notch and we couldn’t be happier. They have gone above and beyond taking care of me and my cart. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality golf cart or EV
Bought a Whisper FF4, with the street legal package in September of last year. Have been thrilled with the performance and looks of this cart. Have taken it on multiple camping trips and definitely gets the looks from other cart owners. Good to see a company in the US sell such a great product! The sales person, Brandon, was great and is very responsive if I have questions or concerns.
