Whistle Express Car Wash

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Something was wrong with the gate system when I arrived behind 3 cars. I waited for 15 minutes before being able to pay and pull through. The quality of the car wash was not good either. I had black pebble like things going down the back of my car. There were spots on the back and front that completely didn’t get cleaned. And only half of my tire was shined on 2 of my tires. There was also soap on both of my side mirrors after the wash. See pictures.

I have a monthly pass and it is a bargain. I come in 3-5 times a week and even more during pollen season. The help is good. Today Ethan came by and offered to help this old man (75) climbing up on the front tire of my large truck to clean something stuck to my windshield. So nice of him to offer.

They have changed systems and our old RFID sticker didn't work. Steven was very helpful in closing out our old account and setting us up a new account under the current promotion and the app. Great customer service.

Steven was awesome!!! He went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and even pressured washed my floor mat. The rest of the staff is awesome also. Very polite and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place

Unfortunately when I left the car wash there was still soap on the mirrors of the car and the car was still wet. Well I don't expect it to be bone dry there were large drops of water.
