Whistle Express Car Wash

At first, this car wash seemed great and the people, so I signed up for a membership. From the start, my account was set up incorrectly with the wrong phone number and email, and despite repeated attempts, it was never fixed. I never had full access to the app, and my personalized license plate rarely scanned, requiring staff assistance every visit. On top of that, my car consistently came out with scratches, and on October 5 it suffered large chips after going through the wash and I spoke with management. That same day I canceled my membership and was given a receipt. However, I’ve still been charged for October and November ($53 each) even after canceling. This is my first car, and the damage plus ongoing charges are unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place—especially for anyone with

First time here in Washington and PRINCE and the wash was AWESOME !!!! Mercedes rims usually don’t come clean in a drive through wash but … YEP CLEAN ALL THE WAY around ! Definitely will be back and got the 15% off for military ! Thanks so much for having great staff PRINCE seriously was super helpful in picking the right wash and process was seem less !!!

Today I had a great experience. I had issues with my braking system which caused my car not to move once I was in neutral. The young man that assisted me was very very patient and as I was vacuuming my car he came and asked what was the issue as if he was truly concerned. I have had some challenges in the past but today the customer service was on point.

Great place! Washed the salt off of our car super quick! Also has towels and cleaner you can use to clean the inside of your car. One of the guys, Prince, even cleaned our rubber mats for us! Definitely would come again!

The guy that did my car wash today was great! He made sure to get every spot and paid close attention to detail, my car is shining! You get great quality service with these guys. I would definitely recommend this place!
