From the start, the manager at this location was aggressive hostile and accusatory. Before even looking at my vehicle or reviewing the footage, he blamed me for the scratches and talked down to me as if I was trying to scam them. I watched the video myself and saw the entrance brushes hit my vehicle, yet he flat out denied reality and made up excuses on the spot. There was no investigation, no professionalism, and zero customer service. Just immediate blame shifting and attitude. The goal was clearly to shut me up, not to figure out what actually happened. Employees were very nice and cordial the wash was clean and there were towels out on the lot and the young guy up front seamed to know what he was talking about when talking about the wash, also love the greasy policy they use

I had a great experience here! In fact, I just left and had to leave a review! I stopped by this morning for a long-overdue car wash after my vehicle had been neglected while letting someone else use it. The gentlemen working there (I wish I had gotten their names) were incredibly friendly and attentive! As soon as I pulled up, the employee directing me into the wash was welcoming and upbeat. When I got to the vacuums, another employee checked in right away mentioning to let them know if I needed anything. They noticed me scrubbing my tires after the wash (I had selected the tire shine option) and offered to have my car go through the wash again once I finished. Review update: 12-31-2022 still love this place! Johnny, the attendant on duty was awesome! Very friendly and answered all my questions. Adding some photos to show how good of a job the car wash and vacuum does! My car was FILTHY! I've been coming here faithfully every week for about 2 years now. This is by far THE BEST car wash in town hands down. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with whatever questions you may have. My car actually comes out very clean after I've ran it through the wash unlike other car washes I've used in town. I use the 40$ a month unlimited wash and it's the best deal I think. The vacuum cleaners do a great job too. Keep it up!
