White Glove Car Wash

I didn't even want to give it one star I'm am so over this place vacuum is trash just throw the whole thing in the trash. I asked to speak to the manager one guy said that he was sort of kind of like the manager which I don't understand that I explained to him and told him he tried to vacuum it and it still looks the same. He told me I had to purchase some other cleaning when the one I purchased said vacuum included smh. Nobody got money too waste smh.

This was the worst experience ever. I paid for the interior vacuum and wash and nothing was vacuumed. I would not recommend this place. They did not clean the surface inside the cup holders or anything. The car still has bugs on it. I don’t even think it was washed with soap l! I am so mad I wasted my money. NEVER AGAIN!

This car wash tire shine broke off my front passenger side mud guard. This was a new Dealership installed mud guard. I called them about my broken mud guard and the scratches done to my fender they haven’t returned my call. Another issue is the laborers that do the wipe down and drying smell like cigarettes and leave my vehicle with a cigarette smell.

I was headed back from Philly and decided to get my car washed, never been here before but figured I’d give it a try. Well I spent $26.66 for I’m not sure what. They are supposed to vacuum the carpets and seats, wipe down the interior and wipe the whole car after the wash. I stopped at the store after I left there and noticed the floor mats and carpet were half assed vacuumed, the interior and door panels still had dirt and the outside of my car is still dirty. The stuff they put on the tires which is blue is all down the side of the car too. I drove through very light misty rain on the way home that was not enough to even put the wipers on and this is what the outside of my car looks like (see attached pictures) There’s still bird poop on the roof that was there this morning when I left h

Always a delight coming here. Kevin and his team are wonderful. Had a crack in my windshield and they also have a service that repairs windshields. Very convenient. Cameron did a phenomenal job. He is like a glass surgeon. I have cracked many windshields over the years and you can barely see where the one repair was made. High impressed with his craftsmanship.
