White Glove Car Wash

I wanted an Elite wash today, however, they said Elite was not being done today. I then paid 30 dollars for the Ultimate wash, which was disappointing. They sent the car through the wash, and wiped it down (still leaving dirt smudges on the windows. Then never vacuumed the car, which is in the package. Still wondering how it would be so difficult to complete either the Elite or Ultimate, since I was one of 3 cars there, and there were multiple employees standing around that could've completed the job. This was in Exton, PA.

The workers here demand for tips in cash even before starting the cleaning. They won’t begin the work unless you tip them first. And even then, the cleaning is far from satisfactory. Even after paying 55$(including 8$ tips), this is how they clean.

Easily the best car wash in the area, and DelCo as well. In my short life, I have never seen anyone spend 35 minutes personally cleaning my car in 0 degree weather after the car wash/wax go through with the machines. Raw work ethic, and clear pride in their work. He made sure the washed mats didn’t even have a drop of moisture on them!!! I will be back.

Brought my car in for a quick detail on a Sunday ahead of a road trip, and they did a great job for the price! $47 included the interior detail and a wash. Was there for about a half hour. Most other car washes in the area either don’t offer interior detailing anymore, or you have to book days in advance. For the price and convenience, I’ll definitely be back again soon!

I paid for the Elite car wash package with mats washing and leather detailing upgrade. Unfortunately, what I actually received was closer to a basic wash. The interior mini detailing and leather detailing was never done, even though the staff insisted it had been. When I raised the concern, the manager didn’t have the time or willingness to address it, which was disappointing. For the price of the Elite package, I expected honesty and quality service. Instead, I felt misled and brushed off. Transparency and accountability go a long way in customer service, and sadly, both were lacking here. I never recommend this car wash to anyone.
