White Horse Auto Wash

I’ve been really happy with this car wash. The $29 monthly membership for unlimited washes is a great deal, and it’s just $10 more if you want the interior cleaned. It’s hard to find a decent car wash in Alexandria, VA that does quality work, but these guys are consistent and efficient. The service is quick, and I’m usually in and out unless it’s a busy time. I usually visit within the first hour they open to avoid the crowds and long wait. Definitely recommend!

Jaeden and the team did another amazing job! This time I got a more intensive interior treatment and it was VERY fast, affordable and the quality is amazing! My car is shining like it hasn’t in a long time and smells amazing. I continue to be absolutely impressed with this place every time I visit, which is a minimum of twice a week.

BEWARE!!! My windshield cracked going through this car wash on a cold day after a snow storm. The car wash has accepted no responsibility. They admittedly do nothing to regulate the water temperature. They attest that the crack was pre-existing. The “evidence” provided is attached. As you can see the crack in my windshield is curved and not straight like the one they are claiming “pre-existed” before the car wash. They have video footage of the crack “expanding” in their car wash. To make matters worse, my car was not clean after the wash. Save yourself the trouble and take your hard earned money somewhere else!!

White Horse Auto Wash is my go to car wash. I trust them completely, they always do a great job, and I’m consistently satisfied with how clean my car looks when they’re done. Highly recommend.

One of the worst car service experiences I’ve ever had. The trash was left inside the car, there was no vacuuming, and no real cleaning done at all. I honestly don’t know what service I paid for. On top of that, the staff was rude and careless, with zero accountability. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of money. I will not be returning
