White Horse Auto Wash

Have been on a monthly plan for the past year and I can't rave enough about the folks that run this White Horse car wash here in Warrenton. Everyone is enthusiastic, ALWAYS professional, and go out of their way to express how much their customers mean to them. Trust me, they are the real thing! GmaJJ Jeffersonton, VA

I brought in my card this morning for interior and exterior cleaning. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the result. The rubber mats were only spray, not scrubbed, or washed properly. Cup holders were not wiped at all. Vacuums was poorly done.I expected much better attention to detail. Won't be returning for sure. The pictures I post were taken immediately after I left the car wash.

I love this car wash! Great value great staff and they always leave my car perfectly cleaned and detailed. Highly recommended! In and out quickly! Only car wash in Warrenton I use!

The only reason I continue to go there is for the unlimited monthly washes. The windows always have streaks in them and leave a film behind. The rags obviously are not changed enough. You have to ask for the rear window to be cleaned. Sometimes you have to ask for the front windshield to be cleaned. The floor mats are almost always put back in the wrong location. The car wash does not get along the bottom of the car sides. I see a lot of people wiping down their vehicles after the employees have finished. The prices are very high compared to other locations. I take my other cars to Dr. Wash which I find they do a much better job.

The exterior "win" wash was okay. Still plenty of dirty spots. Unfortunately, I get the same quality wash from a gas station car wash, but this was considerably more expensive. An okay wash is what gets the 3 stars. The rating goes down because the "hand dry" isn't done with chamois cloths, so drying spot free was an issue. Also, the tire shine application was a quick wipe with a rag and it left my tires full of streaks and uneven. The people were nice, so no complaints there.
