Whited Automotive

Months ago, I was recommended to Whited Automotive for my transmission problems in my Chevy. They did an excellent job for my four-wheel drive. A few weeks ago my Chevy Cruze the thermostat decided to go. I contacted Whited Automotive, and talked to Mel and Bob and they were able to fix it in a few hours. I was right it was the thermostat housing plus they found a hose from the radiator to the heater was kinked which probably caused it all. Yep probably a $12 part caused it all. However, it cost me a lot less going to Whited Automotive then you would go anywhere else. I trust this entire family with both of my cars for my family, you should too. Took my 2012 flex in to have the guys diagnose why my cooling fans weren't working they let me know the fan stopped working and everything else was working fine as far as getting power to them . The control module was ziptied to the fans so they had to cut the zip ties to check the module and the fans let me know what the problem was and I said I would replace the fans myself so picked up the car drove it home . Looked under the hood to make sure I order the rite fans and those guys just let the control module rest on the exhaust manifold and the wiring , now I have melted plugs and wires . And the then Bob tries to give me some bullshit story so I'm pissed because I have more of a problem then I did when I took it in !!!!!

these people have no idea what there doing, when it comes to working on cars, if I could I would give them zero stars, I brought my old car to them to get a fuel injector replaced, when I got it back from them, my engine literally seized the next day, told me there was to much oil in the car, when there wasent and clearly they took most of it out of the car. highly recommend not coming here if you want to keep driving your car.

I took my truck in to get the rattle from the timing chain fixed. They "fixed" it and it started rattling again a week later. I took it back and they put Seafoam in it and said it's just got a lot of miles, so it's going to do that. In addition, after they "fixed" it, it had an oil leak that it never had before. I took it back to them 3 times to fix it. It leaks worse than ever now. I wouldn't recommend them to even change oil anymore.
