Great experience! Just had general oil change & service work done. Staff was pleasant, professional, and very nice to work with. Appointment was done timely and all went very smooth. Even had some discounts that were presented to me as options and saved me money. They also listened to some noise concerns I had (that I had mentioned to other Ford dealership that made no attempt to check out or reschedule at last service) Whites Canyon promptly scheduled a follow up for 2 days later to have the noise further checked out. Had that appointment today - vehicle was found to be unsafe to drive - lots of issue in front axle assemblies. I brought my 24 ford f-250 super duty work truck in because mckie ford in rapid city said there was no problems with it but it was still not working. I spoke with Marc and he said they would take a look. They listened to me unlike mckie, got it diagnosed and fixed even a few weeks early getting a back ordered part in faster to get me back working in it instead of having to drive my personal truck. Best service department hands down especially compared to the big guys in rapid city with the big egos saying they are the best in the black hills!

Fixed our 2005 F-150 when two other garages didn't have a clue. Replaced motor, fuel module, running boards and did a few misc items. Time was about exactly what they predicted. I took my ‘12 F150 in because the audio controls on the steering wheel were not working properly. They checked it and diagnosed it and found several other issues. The service advisor went through all of it and I decided what work would be done now and which work would be done later. An appointment was scheduled four work days later. The parts needed were there and the scheduled repairs were completed.
