White's Garage

I am so thankful to White’s Garage and BCSO. I returned home today from a long trip and picked my dog up from the kennel, returned the rental, and when I got home, my dog somehow ended up locked in the car and it wasn’t running. My spare key was 30 miles away because I just got back into town, so that was not an option. I called Bryan County Sheriff‘s office and asked them what I should do and they sent the two best deputies EVER here. I called GEICO and made a roadside assistance claim, and they assigned it to White’s Garage. The deputies waited with me until White’s got here and opened the door and saving Percy Jackson (the dog). Thank you White’s Garage and thank you BCSO! Both of you responded quickly and kindly. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Refused to change an intake gasket because he didn't know how to plug in a wiring harness to start the car even after instructed over the phone. One plug. And then complained about the mechanics over the car when he saw it and he's not a body shop mechanic. 0 mechanical issues outside of the intake to change for what the service being paid for is. Got quoted by another shop for the same job $200 less and no headache. FRANKIE'S GARAGE, LLC did the job just fine. Literally just changing a gasket. This is called basic maintenance.

White’s Garage fixed my a/c and changed my water pump. The work was fast and it worked when I drove it home. We roadtripped a week after the installation of the new pump, and the new water pump failed on Vail Pass in Colorado- stranding us on the highway with no shoulder to pull off to safety- in a construction zone. We had to spend over $2200 for a tow and mechanic in Colorado to replace the water pump. When we stopped in to see if there was a warranty or anything they could do- they said they couldn’t do anything- unless the pump failed again then they could personally replace it.
