Whitestone Car Wash

This place is so ridiculous. Paid for my RAV4 to get clean, exterior and interior. Paid $42.99 + tax. Interior of the car was messy due to having kids in there when I received my vehicle back the interior was just as nasty as when I took it in only thing that was cleaned was the exterior of the car that was still not clean properly. The glass has streaks on it fingerprints on it. Don’t know why I paid the money to go there do not recommend this place. Again, DO NOT RECOMMEND this car wash. Yes, I did leave a $20 tip before I went into my vehicle. Did not expect it to be the same as I took it in. Extremely disappointed.

I paid $40 for car wash today looking forward to getting a nice clean car after this winters snow. My car interior was just as dirty and messy as it was. I have an $8 tip. I proceeded to ask one of the staff to give me the Windex bottle so I could clean out some of the mess. He started yelling at me and I felt awful everyone looking at him yelling at me. I have b en going there for years but will NeVER be intimidated like that again. Rude staff and not a great clean up.

What is this unwashed thing like the one I brought with me? They threw it out. It's dirty inside. They didn't clean it at all. They closed it down completely or just closed it down to the public.

⭐ 1 Star I paid for the VIP car wash expecting quality service, but my car came out still dirty inside and out. When I politely asked for help, the staff completely disregarded me and told me they “don’t care about one customer because they get three for every one that leaves.” This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If a business doesn’t value its customers or provide the service it promises, it doesn’t deserve your money. I will never return and do not recommend this car wash to anyone who values their vehicle or their time.

They don’t even care about your car anymore. Everything is done with brute force. Minimal effort in taking care of your car. How do you raise prices and get worse at the service? A shame because I remember when they did great work. The last few years they’ve gotten considerably worse. What sucks is they’re not even trying to hide how bad they are. Car doesn’t even come out fully cleaned. Machine is old and it makes slight scratches. You can tell they’re machine scratches because they’re all the way across the car. The guys that work there barely wipe the car dry. Very convenient us us that live in the neighborhood but I’m taking my 6 cars somewhere else.
