Very good experience at Whitetop Automotive. Our truck needed exhaust work to pass inspection and someone referred us to here. Note: My husband is very picky about who touches our vehicles. He called and Ben got our truck in the same day, gave us a rough estimate of how long it would take and how much it would cost. Very friendly, professional family business. Ben was very friendly and knowledgeable. After maybe a day and a half it was all done. Very happy with the quality of work done and the price was very reasonable for what was done and the speed of it. We’re happy to have found this shop for future mechanical needs. Highly recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Came to get my car inspected and it took them 45 mins. Ok whatever not too bad but considering half the time Ben wasn’t looking at my car and was looking at another vehicle? Charged us $65 to get my car inspected and other people charge $45? Honestly kind of crazy. We went to Riverside Automotive last year which is a little farther away from us which is why we didn’t go to them this year. 100% will continue to go to Riverside. They charged the correct price and they were quicker. They actually talked with us and answered our questions. Beautiful customer service compared to Whitetop Automotive. Ben is a top notch mechanic. He gets vehicles in quickly and does the repairs right the first time. Professional, reasonable service fees and great to work with. His communication is top notch. Absolutely recommend.

Highly would recommend. Ben and his family offer the best services at a reasonable price. I am very particular on who I let touch my vehicle. Ben can troubleshoot problems I can’t even figure out and I know a little bit about cars. White top automotive is my number one shop for repairs.

The worst place ever I read the reviews and I gave it a shot biggest mistake of my life came for a inspection and when ben took the car he was more interested in walking away talking to others and doing other work than doing the inspection which upts the labor time and when I was so annoyed the girl upfront gave so much attitude they wanted almost 70$ just for the inspection and went on about the labor time and the whole time he wasn't even at my car and she knew and say it they didn't give me the sticker because of a clamp was to loose they wanted almost 100$ to put a new one on a 6$ part that only took me 5 minutes to put on myself and the when i cane back to get the sticker they smirked like a little child they are ben also just standed like 15mins just looking at the car on the lift
