Whiteville's New & Used Tire

I'm so disappointed in this place I had to get 4 tires they made out they was good but it made a weird noise on the pavement then when it rains it was sliding me all over the road and I went back and told them and ask them to fix it cause I have to drive far to work and needed something good but they just looked at the tires without taking them off to fix the problem then when I call now they avoid answering also we found knots in the tread.... the put my life at risk and my vehicle from Not trying to make sure my vehicle was good and took almost $200 my vehicle had never done any of this..DONT GO TO WHiTEVILLE NEW AND USED TIRES!!!!! This is so unacceptable... now I gotta spend more money that I don't have to get some better tires

Was closed almost an hour early after assuring me they had tires for me drove almost an hour to get there to find a closed shop would not recommend unfortunately

This is not an ecstatically pleasing place, tires are pilled up,dark inside, not the greatest side of town. What you do get is a decent price on used tires and the work is done fast. I try to tip the guy as they are very congenial. It doesn't have to be a lot just saying it never hurts to let someone know that they're appreciated. If you can't afford new tires and the cleanliness and appearance of the business (you stay in your car) is not as important as price and speed of good service. Then, you might want to give it a try. Like I said, you stay in your car 🚗. The workers are hard working and congenial. Don't go looking for a sanitized powder room. Just think about price, decent quality and skilled tire changers. I don't care what the place looks like, I'm just there for tires.

Every tire we got was dry rotted. Paid 130 for 4 used tires. 1went flat overnight. Other one went to visit a friend and couldn't leave without changing tire cause it fell apart. Went back to shop twice over dry rotted tires and weights not put on correctly causing tires to go flat. I won't be back. Will not recommend. I have never been so disgusted with a business.

Man these guys looked out for me today, I had a flat tire on my way to Wilmington, I called every tire shop in whiteville and they all tried to upcharge me on cheap tires that I could have ordered at Walmart for 1/3 of the price, instead of trying to price gouge me like blacks tire was trying to do, Fred told me to bring my tire in to see if it could be fixed. He was able to plug it and saved me over $190, after talking to Fred I told him I was active duty army on my way to Wilmington, he offered to fix the tire for free, couldn’t let him do that, stand up guys who will have my tire business from now on!!!
