WhiteWater Express Car Wash

I visited this location on January 29 for a routine car wash. Immediately after exiting the wash, I began drying my vehicle in the parking lot and noticed a large number of scratches across the hood and upper panels of my car that were not present before entering the wash. I reported the damage right away to the manager on duty. A staff member came outside, inspected the vehicle, and completed a damage report while collecting my contact information and photos of the damage. I was told someone would follow up with me regarding the claim. It is now March and I have not received any phone call, email, or update regarding the damage report. Great facility, great results, very little detailing required AND roughly half the price of Mike's for similar monthly packages! Give these guys a try! You won't be disappointed. I signed up after one wash, been back multiple times now. Whatever they use, the results are equal to, or superior to, the competition! Their wax sheds water better than any carwash I've used minimizing spotting after rain or road splatter! Don't lose focus guys, keep up the good quality! And thanks for the great affordable pricing!

I had a great experience at this car wash. The service was quick, thorough, and my car came out looking brand new. I especially want to shout out Mondale for the excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and really made sure everything was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Definitely coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality car wash.

Purchased the Ultimate car wash which included the undercarriage. I purchased on a Friday and could take advantage of an additional wash on or before that Monday. I'm satisfied with my results. They already have Mike's beat in my opinion!
