WhiteWater Express Car Wash

I don’t ever leave bad reviews but Nope, not again and here’s the pictures why: I don’t want anyone’s property getting damaged if I can help it. On a positive note, they have great soap and wax also great vacuums and towels for you to use and a mat station, but that’s not worth my rims getting scarred up. Three out of the four have the coating scratched off of them. Again, it is completely up to the discernment of anyone willing to ride through it and I did not use my best judgment . I really should have known better butI gave you the good points and the bad.

I've been using this car wash almost every day because it's so convenient! I wanted to give a special shout-out to Ethan, who went above and beyond to help me. He told me about a service I didn't even know I could add to my membership. Plus, he left a note so my tires get cleaned every time I come in. Ethan's the best!

I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. They will do anything in their power to make sure they get out of paying for any damages to your vehicle caused by their machines. I have reached out serval times to the corporate office and have gotten nothing but robot recorded calls saying my claim will be followed up on and someone will be calling me. I haven’t received not one call back and if that is how y’all handle business that is very sad and unprofessional.

Brad was very considerate and made sure I had the best deal available. Very kind and respectable demeanor. His attitude and personality are exemplary in what it means to care for the customer.

Ethan did a fabulous job helping me with my Matt’s cordial welcome and very professional absolute good guy!
