The entire team was super kind and helpful. Everyone always has a very sweet disposition and the last time I went they gave my dog a treat! It’s the small things that make a difference (even for a simple wash haha).

I liked Whitewater in the beginning but now that my paint is scratched to hell, I will never go back. Just bought my truck not even 30 days ago with near perfect paint on it. Now it has scratches ALL OVER IT. I'm not talking swirl marks, I'm talking actual scratches. Where the primer can be seen in the scratch. I do NOT recommend. There's probably at least $1,000 dollars worth of damage to the truck now. I am very meticulous about cosmetic defects on cars and the truck had only 1 scratch on the whole thing when I bought it. Update January 2026: I submitted an online form to request someone to call me (at the time when it happened) to speak about it and still haven't heard anything.

Dj was amazing, made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. Have never gotten a car washed that moved your car before so I was skeptical, dj put my mind at ease. Very polite young man. Need more people like him in the world
