WhiteWater Express Car Wash

First time going there and I will begin with saying the staff are super friendly and very helpful. However, I had to go through the wash twice because only half of my car got cleaned. I didn't pay for the second wash thanks to the helpful staff. Even after the second wash, none of the bugs on the front of the car got cleaned off, a lot of the exterior trim work had heavy salt and grim on it still, I spent another 45 minutes hand wiping the car down to get it clean. Even then, wheel arches are still dirty, wheels are filthy. I paid just shy of $30 for the wash, if there wasn't staff near by or available I would have had to pay for a second wash, the car is still dirty and I could have gone to a do-it-yourself car wash and had a better result for less than $20. Paid $25 and went through twice and my car still had dirt on it and the wax didn't feel smooth on my paint. The paint still felt rough. Definitely not worth $25

Mikhaila is awesome and the other employees were super friendly as well! Great wash that actually cleaned the back of my car which is where other car washes tend to miss. And their air fresheners are bomb 🫶🏼

I had an outstanding experience at Whitewater Car Wash, thanks in large part to Ricky from the mechanic department. When I accidentally locked myself out of my car, Ricky went above and beyond to assist me, doing everything possible to help get my door open. His professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The entire team at Whitewater Car Wash has been phenomenal, consistently providing excellent service, but Ricky truly stood out.
