Whitewright Car Wash

Swiped card in the bay and the water came on for a second and everything shut off and said to deposit $2 so swiped the card again and same thing happened. Just checked the bank it charged $10 by swiping it twice for it not even to work. We wont be going back here.

Worst car wash ever. The owner is rude, his equipment is faulty and will take your money.

Was great until today, 8/20. My car was covered with soap and then everything shut down. I called mgnt about it . Then moved over to middle self wash bays to wash soap off. After trying 2 different credit cards and then cash, I gave up and left. Previously, I've been very happy with washing here.

I was very disappointed. I like to keep my money in my community close to home. However when I visited this location today I saw several things not well maintained. I originally pulled into the middle stall. I had to move to the last one as the dollar machine to accept dollar bills was completely gone. So I moved to the next one & the clips to hold your truck/ car mats were damaged and couldn't hold them properly for cleaning. I went ahead and used the power washer & it did a nice job. I pulled forward to use the inner right vacuum & there was barely any suction so I didn't bother putting any more money in it. I won't return. I work Hospice constantly traveling and I had hoped to be able to use the car wash close to home.

Sometimes the soap works and sometimes it doesn’t, the pressure is touch and go, no one cleans up after themselves, and if you need assistance like if the machine took your money and the wash didn’t work you won’t be talking to any one anytime soon as the owners don’t answer or return calls. There are better ones in Bells and Leonard.
