If you’re wondering how a Family owned transmission shop could stay in business for 40+ years while competing with larger franchises / chain stores, the answer is simple…. Its from treating people right! And earning a loyal customer base in the process. I had an excellent experience with Whitley’s and while i’m in no hurry to have any more transmission work done, I know exactly where i’ll be going the next time I do. They’re honest and upfront with very fair pricing and quick turn arounds. Don’t believe me? Get a quote from AAMCO …not only is the price at Whitley’s better but so is the Warranty. In this day and age it seems every business is out to take advantage of you and gouge your bank account for all they can…. its nice to know there’s still businesses like Whitley’s out there doin

Had transmission rebuilt a little over a year ago. They did a great job for a very fair price. Very honest and nice people. I would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend Whitley Transmission. They pulled a classic bait and switch on pricing. I was quoted one price before bringing my vehicle in, but once it was there, the price suddenly jumped — with excuses and vague explanations that didn’t match what we discussed. It’s frustrating and feels dishonest. If you value straightforward communication and fair dealing, I’d suggest going somewhere else. A shop that changes the price after you show up is not one you can trust.

These guys were awesome!! Scheduled me for a Tuesday, I dropped off truck and they called me Friday am to pick up. I have put some miles on 4L60E rebuild now and it is running great. I feel very fair pricing as well, these guys did exactly what they said in the time frame they said it would be done. Would not hesitate to use them again.
