This was my second time bringing my car here, and honestly both times experiences were phenomenal. My repairs were completed in less than a month each time super fast! When I got my car back, it looked brand new you’d never even know anything had happened to it! The team went above and beyond. They finished everything on time, helped me with a rental car that was way more affordable and better than Enterprise, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. Their communication was amazing I was updated every step of the way, including insurance coordination and parts arrival. It made the whole process completely stress free, even during the busy holiday season. The customer service is unmatched, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I’m beyond thrille

Leonel was incredibly helpful throughout the entire insurance claim process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and was able to get me situated with a rental car as well. Exceptional service and exceptional work/craftsmanship with the auto body work.

Went to 3 local Whittier body shops and Whittier Collision Center 2 gave me the most reasonable pricing. Tony is the owner and I really felt like he’s trying to earn your business, build a relationship, and do a great job (they offer a lifetime warranty on their work). Leo, his son, is the main administrator and he’s the one you’ll mostly correspond with. He’s very responsive and easy to speak with. Maybe because he’s younger but he seems to know “hacks” on how to optimize your insurance plan so you can really utilize all the funds available and minimize any out-of-pocket expenses. In the past, I took my car to one of my Dad’s friends that was suppose to “hook me up” and they ended up doing pretty crap work: bumper glued on and misuse/excessive use of bondo which ultimately led to the side

I was very pleased of the work done to my vehicle. Tony & his team were very welcoming, helpful and professional. They are willing to work with you in whatever circumstance you are in. They took care of everything with the insurance company including the arrangements with the rental car co. I would recommend this auto body shop.
