I initially left a positive review, but after removing the tape and inspecting the work, I noticed that the glass was poorly installed. It doesn’t match the other side! There’s some rubber or adhesive that has squeezed out where they attempted to stick the glass. The original window didn’t look like this. The condition of the glass isn't perfect (it has some green paint on it). Just go next door! Save yourself time and get the job done right. The place next door, Mike's, has comparable prices. I called for a quote but chose not to go there because I wanted to save $60, but I realize now that it would have been quicker. They offer window tinting, and the owner, Mike, is very friendly. Shady people 🙄 😒 called got one price for a tinted from factory window replacement.went in got another price and ended up being sold and installed a non tinted window what was the point of asking me if it was factory tinted then

2nd time here, first time I had rear window replaced on a Tahoe but the defroster was not connected to it, I don’t use it so ok whatever. Gave another chance with 2nd vehicle today brought in to fix a window that would go down but then would not go up at times. They gave me a price and estimate time of an hour max maybe less. After the hour was up went to check and was told that they needed to do something else to it and price went up, ok was already here so I gave the ok. After 30 minutes more they told me they didn’t have the motor and that they can leave the window in the up postion but will charge me $60, they told me to go buy the part at an autozone come back and they can install it for me for another $60. 2 hours wasted here. Not to mention they left my door panel dirty.

Joel forgot to install the rubber corner for my Toyota Avalon... He needs to improve his skills.. It took too long to get my windshield done. Also the weatherstrip is different from the old one I had before. I will upload the pictures later.
