Bought a car (2013 Ford Fusion) from Neil. Other than his printer not working and us having to wait 30-40 minutes for him to run home and print out the paperwork, everything was fine. After the sale, I looked up the vin to see if there were any recalls and found out there were 3 of 3 recalls still outstanding on the car that had 119k miles on it. So I scheduled an appointment with the Ford dealership to have the recalls taken care of. They were booked so it was 3 weeks out before they could get the car in. One recall was for the cooling system, one was for the front brake lines, and the other was for the transmission shift cable linkage. Although I did not purchase a car from this company, I did have a showing with one of the vehicles, and I had a very pleasant experience. Neil was a very well versed salesman, and even though I didn’t end up finding a car that worked for me, I had a very pleasant time viewing this car. He is a very good salesman and you can see that in the way that he interacts with customers with transparency and accountability.

I was very pleased with Neal and his father at Wichita Motors in Benton, Ks. I bought a Buick LaCrosse and traded in my Buick Lucerne. I felt I got a good deal, and service after the sale when I needed help with the title. They seem to carry a small lot of good fairly late model low mileage used cars. I will likely buy from them again and I recommend them if you are looking for a good used car at a reasonable price.
