Wicked Wrench took such good care of me! When I dropped my car off with them, to find out what was going on with it, they drove me back home. They called me once they got to my car and told me what the problem was and gave me an accurate quote of how much it would cost. Then they got the work done in a couple of hours, and picked me up from my house so I could get my car and pay for their services. I do feel they over charged me for a new battery! But, I’m happy to have let them handle it and clean up the debris and damage my old battery had caused. My car i no longer leaking oil and I feel much safer and confident driving it. Every experience I’ve had with Wicked Wrench has been superb. Their prices for oil changes are unbeatable, and the communication prior to and during my appointment is always great. I also very much appreciate that they notify me of any issues they notice on my pickup during service without pressuring me to have them fix it immediately, and that they never try to upsell me on unnecessary services the way that big chains do. And, their online scheduling tool is exceptionally simple and convenient for booking appointments.

Not sure what normal prices go for, and I’ve never taken a car to a shop before, but seemed fair for the amount of work that needed done. I’d also say they were pretty great with service and considering I left my truck with them over the holidays they made great time. 10/10 would recommend to friends or family. Also props on the customer service in always being patient and accurate with my calls 👍🏼

Amazing little place, I feel like this is one of the only places who hasn’t tried to screw us over compared to the big dealerships we’ve dealt with. Very reasonably priced and did great work. If you have any issues with your vehicle at all or just simply need your oil changed this is the place.

Alrighty, so let me start this by saying I have the absolute worst luck when it comes to cars. With that being said I got very lucky in finding a new, new to me, car 2 days ago! Of course after getting it registered I wanted to get the oil change and I've heard really great things about this shop from family and friends. I talked with the receptionist and she was so amazing she made time for me even though they were busy and squeezed me in. While we were there they found that my drain plug was stripped, they walked me out to see it for myself and showed me, while also inspecting the vehicle to make sure it was safe for my kids and I! (Extremely thoughtful and unexpected) Not only was the atmosphere of the place fantastic but the staff and mechanics were amazing! They got us in an out quick
