Wicked Wrench

My friend’s truck broke down at a local car Show in Springfield. Wicked Wrench to the rescue! The guys from Wicked Wrench spent a few hours during the car show trying to get us up and going. Repair involved removing the intake so we had it towed to their shop Saturday evening. Wicked Wrench had us on the road by 10:00 Sunday morning!

As a woman walking into a mechanic can be overwhelming and stressful and especially when you don't know anything about cars. I took my new little MGB down for a look over knowing full well I needed some things done to it. They did a great job at explaining what and why it needed done and I feel like it was at a very fair price. They will definitely be my go to mechanic for my vehicles from now on!!! Thank you guys for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge!!

I never post online reviews but figured I should in this scenario to prevent anyone from experiencing the same thing I did. Owner completely failed to communicate and ended up wasting my time entirely. This past Tuesday I scheduled an apt for Friday that he completely missed due to not being responsive. Wouldn't confirm an actual time for me. He then ghosted me after one final text on Friday evening saying I could bring the car in on Monday. He just stopped replying entirely for no apparent reason whatsoever, and here I am a week after scheduling the initial appointment, still without a car to drive, all due to this guy simply not being responsive.
